CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASS SESSIONS


$10 non-refundable administrative fee per registration.
Cancellation up to 2 weeks before start date – 100%, less administrative fee
Cancellations less than 1 week before start date – 50% refund, less administrative fee
Cancellation after 1st class: No refund.
UP 16 CLASSES SESSION Cancellation Policy
Cancellation after 3rd class: Refund 100%, less first 3 class( we will charge you the price of the class that you attend) and an administrative fee. STUDIO BEHAVIOR POLICY Seeway Art reserves the right to refuse enrollment or dismiss any students for behavior that is disruptive or offensive to instructors or other students. A prorated refund will be issued to a student dismissed by the instructor before workshop completion. Studio safety policies must be followed at all times. HEADS UP/NOTICE Please note that occasionally photographs are taken during classes and other events at Seeway Art for use in advertising and other marketing materials. Therefore, your image may appear on our website or social media. If you find this objectionable, please notify your instructor during the first class. All students under the age of 18 must provide a written parents or legal guardian consent to register.




CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR PAINT N'SIP OR DIY PAINTING


CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours notice will receive a full store-credit to be applied toward any future workshops of your choosing with equal or greater value. In addition, a registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop (in which they are registered) at anytime at no additional charge. REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY As long as you communicate with us 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop, we will process a full refund back to you within 5 business days. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes after a workshop has begun. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a registration or event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer the registration to the same course at the new future date. PUNCTUALITY POLICY For paint n'sip or DIY Painting class , no admittance is allowed 15-minutes after the scheduled start of the class. This policy allows teachers to have enough time to instruct and no have interruptions that affect the outcome for the entire class. Students who arrive after the 15-minute window will not be admitted and will not be eligible for rescheduling. PRIVACY POLICY


This Application collects personal information from its Users. Personal Data collected is for the use of following purposes and services. Personal Data such as Cookies, and Usage Data will be collected for the use of:

DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN’S CLASSES?


Yes, we do! All children/teen classes can be found under the CLASS on home page. We also have family creativitly classes and Mon DIY Station class.




PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES


The Seeway Art Studio does not accept responsibility for children except when under supervision of the appropriate employee in our art studio. Supervision is available only at program locations during program hours. Parents are responsible for notifying appropriate staff of a child's absence, late arrival, early or late pickup and any special circumstances relating to arrival or departure for children's classes at the Seeway Art Studio . We will not be held responsible for a child if he/she arrives early or stays late. We are only responsible during the specified program times.

PRIVATE CLASSES AND PRIVATE PARTY SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT


Private classes and private parties are based on availability and advanced appointment only. Since we book up quickly on a daily and weekly basis, we require full payment within 48 hours of scheduling in order to hold your private class appointment of choice (date/time/instructor). We require an advanced non-refundable deposit for all private parties and corporate events. Once you have contacted The Seeway Art Studio with your preferred date/time/instructor, we will do everything possible to accommodate your scheduling needs. We suggest providing three possible time slots in order for us to serve your needs best.




PRIVATE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY


If you need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel your private lesson, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your class. If cancellation is made within 48 hours, you will be charged for your session regardless of your non-attendance. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable or transferable.




PRIVATE PARTY AND CORPORATE EVENTS CANCELLATION POLICY


If you need to cancel or reschedule your private party or corporate event at The Seeway Art Studio , please do so at least 30 business days in advance. We will do the best we can to accommodate your scheduling needs. We charge a $200 rescheduling fee, and all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 business days of your event are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled due to extreme weather circumstances, no rescheduling fee will apply.




THE SEEWAY ART STUDIO PRACTICES AND POLICIES


The Seeway Art Studio is not responsible for providing makeup classes or issuing refunds for programs missed as a result of illness, emergencies, or other events beyond our control. Foul language or physical contact directed at any employee or patron will not be tolerated. The Seeway Art Studio reserves the right to remove from its premises or exclude from membership or activities, anyone, in its sole discretion, it deems necessary, that violates The Seeway Art Studio practices and policies. This includes, but is not limited to: anyone who disrupts a program or anyone who fails to abide by the studio's rules and practices.
